Luis Rivera Santana spent over 30 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, rising to the rank of Assistant Special Agent in Charge. In that role, he led complex investigations spanning public corruption, organized crime, financial fraud, and national security — work that demanded equal parts analytical rigor and field judgment.
